The equipment is suitable for high-speed extrusion of PVC, PP, PE, SR-PVC and other plastics, and is connected with the host to achieve co-extrusion, monochrome, two-color wire production.

Screw cylinder parameters:

Material: SACM aluminum-chromium-manganese alloy steel, nitriding treatment, precision grinding in the cylinder, the hardness of the inner surface of the screw cylinder is higher than the hardness of the thread surface of the screw R2-R3.

Equipped with 15HP Germany SIEMENS motor.

The center height of the unit is 1000mm.

Gearbox:

Imitation Italian reduction gear box, precision grinding, mandatory oil lubrication and cooling, with anti-wear, low noise characteristics, dedicated to 50 machines.
