Operational points of cable machine


1. Prepare before starting up

3) According to the technical requirements of the product, the cable cores that are required to be twisted are hoisted to the frame, and the twist or twist is not selected. 2, boot

3) During the cable-forming process, the appropriate selection of the stamper requires that the optional stamper does not cause damage to the insulated core and can be reasonably obtained. The joint of the filling material should be divided into small strands at a certain distance to avoid knotting. 4) When armoring, properly match the mold and the steel tape wrapped tightly and close to the inner liner. Maintenance of cable machine
