The so-called stranded wire refers to the process of twisting a plurality of core wires together under the action of a single stranding machine. Machines and instruments used in this station: stranding machines, cotton wrapping machines or foil machines. Tools used in this station: release frame, rubber shaft, hole type, hex wrench, adjustable wrench, clamp, scissors, wire stripper. Materials used in this station: core wire, cotton paper or aluminum book, cleaning film, label.
Single twister job content
1. Turn on the power switch and check that the machine is in normal startup.
2. Make sure the specifications are correct according to the drawings.
3. Pull the core wire from the tension frame guide wheel to the eye mold of the steel strand, peel off the outer PVC, twist the core wire, connect the wire, and pull the core wire through the eye mold onto the rubber shaft.
4. Set parameters such as steel strand pitch, strand direction, feed line tension, and winding belt tension according to the design drawings.
5. Set the total strander and the number of the stop in advance according to the order requirements.
6. Start the machine. The first inspection confirmed that the rear energy production was qualified.
7. When the machine is running normally, do a good job of self-checking.
8. After the lower shaft is completed, wrap the multi-core wire in the cleaning film, label it and place it in the designated position.
9. When wrapping aluminum foil, select the appropriate size and orientation according to the engineering drawings, install a uniform direction at the entrance of the tape, and adjust the appropriate tension to make the core wire in contact with the surface of the conductive aluminum foil.
10. The speed of the aluminum foil winding tape should be balanced with the core stranding speed.
Precautions in single-strand operation
1. Do not open the lid when the machine is running normally.
2. Do not hit the knot when wiring. (Wrap with cotton thread, pay attention to the direction of the socket)
3. The number of sections and the number of sections of the meter should be marked on the label to facilitate the operation of the next process.
4. Red emergency stop buttons are not allowed for non-emergency parking.
5. Turn off the power after turning off the power.
6. When wrapping aluminum foil, the core wire should be completely covered with aluminum foil. Typically, the aluminum foil has an overlap ratio of 27% to 30% and an overlap width of 2-4 mm.
7. The aluminum foil tension should be appropriate. If the tension of the aluminum foil is too large, it is easy to crack, the tension is too large, and the core wire is not tight or slippery.
8. Aluminum foil cannot be reversed. The conductive surface (white glossy, multimeter tested conductive) must be wrapped around the core and ground.
9. The ground wire should not be wrapped around the core. It should be wrapped around the side of the core to contact the conductive surface of the foil.
10. If an abnormality is found in production and cannot be resolved by itself, stop it immediately and report it to the foreman or technician.
11. Pay attention to the size of the stranded core when installing the eyepiece. So as not to scratch the core wire.
12. Proper tension adjustment (when too tight) will result in the internal core tension being in perfect external tension.
